Refunds
Due to the age and nature of the products, returns/refunds are not accepted unless the item is believed to be significantly different to the pictures and descriptions (please expect there to be some signs of wear such as small faint stains/marks, pinholes, cracking etc) . Items are described as accurately as possible so if there are any serious flaws they will be noted and measurements are always given to assure how the garment will fit so you know what you’re buying.
If you are approved for a refund, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 28 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and will be unable to exchange any items brought from this store.
